Nursing Leadership, Reimagined
As a nurse leader, you’re the go-to person. You show up for your patients and your team and you keep things moving - even on the hardest days. But in the midst of all that doing, it’s easy to lose touch with what energizes you - or to wonder if there’s space to grow without burning out.
The days are full of problems to solve and tasks to do. But when was the last time you were invited to dream? To create? To feel hopeful about your future? What if leadership felt different?
Imagine if you could:
Discover what gives you energy and use it to lead change that truly touches lives,
Connect with what brings you joy in your work and let it become the force that transforms patient care and team culture,
Identify and amplify your strengths and watch your confidence and opportunities grow,
Show up for your team and yourself with clarity and grounded optimism - even when things are tough,
Learn tools and skills to help you and your team work through problems collaboratively and respectfully.
Let’s Create This Together
My path started as a bedside nurse, where I spent 15 years in the high-intensity world of Cardiology and Critical Care, working 12 hour night shifts, teaching other nurses, supporting patients and families, focusing on being a clinical expert, and learning what it truly means to care under pressure.
Over time, I stepped into leadership roles—ultimately serving as a Chief Nursing Officer for 15 years. I’ve led through crisis, change, and the everyday complexities of hospital life. I’ve supported staff, helped build healthier workplace cultures, and mentored nurses into leadership positions where they are thriving - not just surviving.
In other words, I get it.
What I know is that many nurse leaders are carrying too much. Too often, the spark that brought them into nursing starts to fade. I also know that many nurse leaders have spent years learning how to be great clinicians but haven’t had the same education to be successful in leadership.
I work with nurse leaders who are discouraged, disillusioned, or simply stretched too thin. I also support emerging nurse leaders who have been called into leadership roles before they’ve had a chance to build the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.
Together, we slow down, get curious, and reconnect with what truly matters. Using a positive, reflective, evidence-based framework, I help nurse leaders rediscover their energy and build their personal and professional confidence while also giving them real tools to use in their daily work.
You don’t have to figure it out on your own. It would be an honor to walk beside you.
